Personal Training

Personal Training performed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Personal Training starts with a full body initial assessment and establishes goals with the client. Included with personal training is a full written out program, a general nutritional information packet, an in-body scan for body composition, and 60-90 minute one on one sessions with a Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Kevin is is a physical therapist, sports performance coach, and mechanical engineer. His hybrid background along with his passion for helping others gives Kevin his unique approach in guiding athletes to reach their healthiest version of themselves. He builds relationships with his clients, educates them about health-related topics, and fosters a health-focused community. Kevin gives the athletes he works with the ability and confidence required to manage their own health long after they leave his care.

Kenton spent most of his life playing soccer and basketball where he found his love for the human body, injury rehabilitation, and sports performance. He played soccer and studied exercise science at Slippery Rock University before attending Ohio University for Physical Therapy school. Kenton empowers and equips athletes to return to action at a higher level than when they left it.
